All of our products are subject to return and replacement policy without exception if eligible in accordance with the terms and conditions set here in this page.
You have three (3) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Your item must be in the original packaging.
3. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

In the case of a return or replacement request, please take a picture of the product and send it by e-mail and specify your full name, order number, city and address.
The product can be replaced by a second one free of charge in case it has an industrial malfunction or does not work as agreed in the product page.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
A full refund will be given to the customer in case the product is completely different from the described product in our website or advertisment.
If the product does not have any defect and the customer still doesn’t want it, the amount is refunded with a 30% deduction or a value of 15$ usd minimum.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
